27/10/2020 - The script now uses IllidanS4's version of YSF:

- frename replaces DINI_frenametextfile
- SetVehicleDead is used on vehicles in OnVehicleDeath to fix the spawn at Blueberry bug
- SetVehicleBeenOccupied is used on unoccupied vehicles that haven't been occupied if their position exceeds 0.5 of their spawn position (so that they respawn after their unoccupied respawn time)
- SetVehicleSpawnInfo is used on vehicles when you buy them
- SetVehicleSpawnInfo and SetVehicleToRespawn are used in /resetcar instead of recreating the vehicle. The vehicle respawn delay is also set to 60 seconds if the location is PD
- SetVehicleSpawnInfo is used on vehicles when you recollect them from the police department
- SetVehicleRespawnDelay is used on vehicles when you recollect them from the police department (to set the vehicle respawn delay to -1)
- Removed the car/bike dealership respawn timer and set the default respawn delay of those vehicles to 60 seconds
- SetVehicleRespawnDelay is used on vehicles when you buy them (to set the vehicle respawn delay to -1)
- IsValidPickup is used in OnPlayerPickUpPickup to check that the pickup exists
- GetPickupPos is used in OnPlayerPickUpPickup to check that the player is near the pickup
- SetVehicleSpawnInfo and SetVehicleToRespawn are used to update event team vehicle info
- GetVehicleModelsUsed and GetVehicleModelCount replace vehiclemodels and vmodelused[]
- IsPlayerPaused is used when typing ?[name / id] to tell you if the player is paused (as well as AFK)
- GroupPlayerObjects is enabled to fix player object slot handling

- When you leave your vehicle during a test the destination checkpoint will be disabled until you re-enter the vehicle

- You must exit the mod shop before ending a race
- Fixed scores not updating at first with new races
- Fixed Las Venturas (Airport) race vehicle starting angles not loading on server start

- Increased max race checkpoints to 32
- Changed race leader board to top 12 (instead of top 10)
- Enabled night vision and thermal goggles
- Added a toy (time of year) event system. Admins can create toy events and add pickups to them. When a player finds/claims a toy event pickup their name will appear above it and they'll get $10000. Admins can load/unload toy events

- Fixed toy event pickup finders not being saved properly, causing finders to not be loaded on server start
- Toy event pickups can't be found/claimed in under 10 seconds after they were created (so admins can create them without claiming them)
- "TotY Event first empty pickup slot" is added to /stats for Level 5+ admins
- There will be only one score of the same time for each player on the race leader boards
- You will be frozen in between selecting a race to start and being put into the vehicle
- The initial race checkpoint and on-screen text will appear when you've been put into the vehicle (not when you select the race)
- Fixed the flying school checkpoints
- Added 2 more vehicle slots to Wangs car dealers
- Added /cry animation to /actions
- Moved /sitting and /chairsitting to /sit along with 14 other sitting animations

- Default vehicle health is 999.0
- Players who set their vehicle health to 1000.0 are automatically banned
- Vortex is blacklisted from events and races
- Changing your vehicle model will display a dialog asking if you want to reset it now

- VIP Ultimate members can attach snow plows to their personal vehicles
- Admins can toggle snowy weather
- MapAndreas is used for MapAndreas_FindAverageZ to hide snow when a player is a tunnel, under a bridge, etc
- MapAndreas_FindAverageZ is also used with SetPlayerPos instead of SetPlayerPosFindZ

- The snow plow is removed when selling your car to a non-VIP Ultimate player
- Snow plows don't appear in interiors
- When snow is enabled players can type /snowonoff to turn it on and off
- Fixed /rsnowplow not removing the snow plow from the vehicle file
- Fixed bus mission checkpoints not updating after re-entering the vehicle

I've improved vehicle snow plow offsets. They're more realistically attached now.

I have no plans for that but there'll be a toy event.
